cloud-init sets it up: your user with passwordless sudo, your SSH key, the hostname and a static IPv4 and IPv6 address.
Log in with ssh you@your-server. From here on the server is yours.

Do I have to install Arch myself?

No. You pick Arch Linux in the dash and get a running system with your user and SSH key within a minute. Prefer the manual way? Boot the Arch ISO via netboot.xyz.

How current is the image?

We check for a new official Arch cloud image every week and rebuild the template when there is one.

How quickly is my Arch Linux VPS ready?

Usually within a minute. On first boot, cloud-init creates your user with your SSH key, sets the hostname and configures your IPv4 and IPv6 addresses. Then you can log in over SSH.

Where is my server located?

In our own hardware in Enschede, the Netherlands, connected to Amsterdam over our private backbone. Your data stays in the Netherlands.

What if I lock myself out?

Every VPS has a web console in the dash, so you can always get back in, even if SSH or the network config is broken.
